These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wishlog mobile application (“App”) provided by Train Flights LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using Wishlog, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wishlog for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

App Functionality

Wishlog is a mindful wishlisting utility designed to help you track the things you want by assigning waiting periods, so you can see what sticks. The App operates primarily offline on your device. iCloud sync is enabled by default to back up and sync your data across devices, and cannot be disabled within the app. If you wish to disable iCloud sync, you may do so through your device’s Settings. Your synced data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s standard frameworks.

Your Data

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into Wishlog and for maintaining backups of your information. While iCloud sync provides a form of backup, we recommend maintaining your own records of important information. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wishlog is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Train Flights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Wishlog.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Wishlog at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Wishlog after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
