These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bud mobile application ("App") provided by Train Flights LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using Bud, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bud for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Bud is a personal budgeting and financial tracking tool. The App operates primarily offline on your device. iCloud sync is enabled by default to back up and sync your data across devices, and cannot be disabled within the app. If you wish to disable iCloud sync, you may do so through your device's Settings. Your synced data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's standard frameworks.
Bud offers optional subscription purchases that unlock additional features. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple according to their terms and policies. For questions about subscriptions, refunds, or billing, please contact Apple Support or manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Bud is a tool for personal budgeting and financial organization. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information displayed in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into Bud and for maintaining backups of your information. While iCloud sync provides a form of backup, we recommend maintaining your own records of important financial information. We are not responsible for any data loss.
Bud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Train Flights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Bud.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Bud at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Bud after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
