Train Flights LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bud mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use our app.
Bud does not collect any personal information, analytics, telemetry, or usage data. We do not track how you use the app, and we do not have access to any of the financial data you enter.
All data you enter into Bud, including your budget information, transactions, and financial records, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device except as described below.
Bud uses iCloud to sync and back up your data. This feature is enabled by default and cannot be disabled within the app. If you wish to disable iCloud sync, you may do so through your device's Settings. Your Bud data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework, is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and is accessible only to you through your Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Bud offers optional subscription purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Bud does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The app contains no SDKs or code that transmits your data to third parties.
Bud does not send push notifications and does not request notification permissions.
Bud does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
